The employees of the UCLA Extension Education Department are doing wonderful work with their respective programs. The department has recently instituted a "Thank You Board" to allow recognition of this work from co-workers, instructors, students, and other extension community members. The CAEYC Awards and Grants submission deadline has been extended. Awards & Grants are open to all current members of CAEYC and are designed to promote professional growth and educational support.

CAEYC Annual Conference Award (five awards)
Successful applicants will receive complimentary full (four day) conference registration to CAEYC's Annual Conference and Expo held on March 4-7, 2015 in Sacramento, CA.

CAEYC Presidents Education Award (1 award)
Successful applicant will receive $1,000 for graduate degree or credential study in Early Childhood Education or Child Development.

Deadline Extended: applications and supporting documents must be received (in the CAEYC office, not just post-marked) no later than Friday, January 23, 2015.
